This is our cancellation Policy:
If we are unable to deliver a physical product we will give you a refund.
All of our virtual products have recordings so we do not do refunds on virtual products.
In-person paint parties allow for a 48 hour cancellation with a full refund ( Except for ceramics which I have to pre-order for you, so no refunds on any ceramic paint nights.)
There are also no refunds on Pet Paint Parties, we have to pre-draw your beloved pet on the canvas ahead of time, and we cannot resell your pet canvas to another customer, We can schedule you for another pet paint night though :).
If you cannot make the event we can also pack up a paint kit of the project you were scheduled to paint, and some instructions so you can paint it at home 🙂
If you do not show up for your Paint Party then there is no refund, but we can try and schedule you for a future open party date. If you have further questions please contact us by email at cottageclasses@gmail.com
